My Exercise Regime!

Okay, so here it goes.. I am gonna get myself fit.. I don't care what is it gonna take.. anyway, this is gonna be a short post.. so here it goes:


Monday-Thursday: Skipping 500 times each
Friday: Rest because of NCC if there is no NCC then Skipping another 500
Saturday: Gym
Sunday: Morning jog of 5.2km
Before sleep everyday: 60 sit-ups and 40 push-ups

That's it! I'm gonna do all that! I'm gonna perservere no matter how difficult it can get! Muwahahahahaha! I must get fit physically and mentally!!! hahaha!!!!!
